"My father died this summer and I had to make changes to the policies I had at State Farm. Remove my father's car from the car insurance and change both the car insurance and homeowner's insurance from my dad's name to mine. This felt so overwhelming to deal with on top of everything involved in losing my father plus the emotional toll. Jack Coffren at State Farm was so great. He worked closely with me these past almost four months now dealing with all the insurance changes. He was also very understanding of my mental state trying to navigate everything plus gave me good advice on a tangentially related issue that came up when I sold my father's car. This has been such a hard time for me, but Jack made this aspect of dealing with my dad's death go smoother than other things have."
